Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, original claimant Raghunath Koli (Sonwane) is died during the pendency of appeal. Applicants are heirs and legal representatives of the deceased. There is delay caused to file this application. The abatement order is passed, it be Pooja K.

I have heard all learned Counsel. Considering the submissions of learned Counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.
