Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. The respondent, despite service, remained absent. The application is filed for condonation of delay of only 13 days in filing Second Appeal against impugned judgment and order dated 09.10.2023. There is no oppose to the application. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) to the extent of delay of 13 days only as per office calculations and disposed of.
