DATE : 8th DECEMBER, 2021 PER COURT :- Caste claim of the petitioner belonging to "Mannervarlu" scheduled Tribe is invalidated under judgment dated 18-01-2021. Under said judgment along with petitioner, petitioner's real sister's caste claim was also invalided. She filed Writ Petition No. 1803 of 2021. This Court under judgment and order dated 30-01-2021 allowed the said writ petition. This Court while delivering the judgment, considered that there are three validation in favour of paternal relatives of the petitioner. As claim of the petitioner and her sister was invalidated by common judgment by the Committee, this Court in writ petition filed by one Shivani D/o Baalaji Parodwad bearing No. 1803 of 2021 dated 30-012021 directing the committee to issue validity certificate, we pass the following order.

ORDER

1.

The committee shall issue validity certificate to the petitioner of "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe.

The said validity certificate shall be subject to the decision that would be taken by the Committee in the proceeding re-opened by Committee for validity relied by the petitioner.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
