In response to our order dated 10th June 2019, the committee consisting of Advocates Mr S.V. Varad and Mr C.V. Dharurkar placed its report for the perusal of this Court.

Learned Counsel Ms Talekar appearing for the non-applicant no.1 - Sanjay Bhaskarrao Kale (original petitioner) submitted that Section 21 of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) Act 2004 deals with the modalities of utilisation and expenditure of the funds. Our attention was invited to Section 21 (2) (ii) of the Act to submit that one scrutiny committee scrutinises the proposals forwarded to it in respect of the improvement and augmentation of the local civic services and amenities. On our query, learned Counsel Mr Bhavar, appearing for the Sansthan sought some time to place before this Court the minutes of the scrutiny committee along with other material. Mr Bhavar to place before this Court the minutes of the last meeting of the scrutiny committee.

We appreciate the response of the committee in preparation of the fact finding report and placing the same before this Court. We deem it appropriate to quantify the remuneration of the committee members at the rate of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten thousand) each. 4.

Learned Government Pleader to make all possible arrangements to disburse the amount to the committee members within two weeks from today.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) only at present keeping the contentions open. In so far as prayer clause (B) is concerned, stand over to 4th July 2019.
