PER COURT:- 1.

The proposals were submitted for including names of petitioners in Shalarth Pranali. The same were returned back on the ground of deficiencies. 2.

It is submitted that, now the Principal of the College has cleared the deficiencies and resubmitted the same (Page No.47).

It is the contention of petitioners that, their appointments are approved. They have not been paid salary since 2014.

As now, the deficiencies are complied, we direct the Authority to take final decision on the proposals for inclusion of names of petitioners

(2) 956-wp-2762-2022 in the Shalarth Pranali preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
