1] Learned counsel for the respondent opposes the application for withdrawal of compensation by pointing out that in this case, there was delay of almost 40 days in involving the insured vehicle in the accident. 2] The MACT has already ruled on the involvement of the vehicle. No doubt, the findings of the MACT are challenged in this appeal, at this stage, the applicants
CA 1761/18 in FA 1650/15 - 2 - are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount by filing undertaking that such withdrawal shall abide by the final orders in this appeal.
