The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 4, the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule, to consider and take an appropriate decision on the proposal dated 07.12.2023 (page No. 25) for the grant of approval of the petitioner's appointment as 'Shikshan Sevika' by respondent No. 5 - the management in respondent No. 6 - the school, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within five (05) weeks. The Education Officer shall consider the order passed in WP No. 8792 of 2021, dated 19.08.2024.
