Learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal. Learned Counsel submits that however necessary direction may be given to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case. 2.

We grant liberty to the appellant to fle an application for expeditious disposal of the case before the trial Court and upon fling of such an application, the trial Court may proceed with the trial and dispose it of within a reasonable time.
