Present petition has bee filed to direct the respondent authorities, especially, respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 3.1.2023 made on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to run 6th and 7th Standard on non-grant basis.

In view of the limited payer and the fact tht the representation is pending since 3.1.2023, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No.1 to decide the said representation on its own merits, taking into consideration the policies prevailing, within a period of three months from today.
