On 04th September, 2017 we had passed the following order.

When the matters are called out for final hearing, the learned counsel for petitioners is absent. This Court had specifically refused interim relief at the time of admission of the matters.

In case, matters are not worked out on the next date, the Court would be constrained to dismiss the matters. Place the writ petitions for final hearing in the weekly board commencing from 11.09.2017.

In the morning session when the matters were called out for final hearing, none appeared for petitioners. The matters were kept back. In the afternoon session also when the matters are called out, none appears for petitioners to workout the matters.
