Heard learned Counsel appearing for the
(2) petitioner.

The only grievance raised in the petition is of non decision of the proposal submitted to respondent No.2 through respondent No.4.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, by inviting our attention to the documents placed on record, submitted that advertisement was issued in the local newspaper for appointment of teachers in various places. The necessary permission for filling up the posts was also granted by way of order/communication dated 9th September, 2017. Copy of the same is placed on record at Exhibit-C. In response to the advertisement, the petitioner submitted his claim and was appointed under order dated 6th November, 2017. Joining report is also placed on record at Exhibit-D. Accordingly, proposal for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner is submitted on 27th September, 2018 to respondent No.2 and same is pending till date of filing of the petition.

This being only grievance, we see no
(3) impediment to dispose of the petition at admission stage by issuing directions to respondent No. 2 - The Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad to decide the proposal dated 27th September, 2018 submitted to him through respondent No.4 as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight (8) weeks. Needless to state that the proposal be decided on its own merits. 5.
With these directions, the petition is disposed of.
