Heard rival submissions. This Court, vide order dated 16.02.2015, had directed the State Acquiring Body to deposit 50% of the compensation amounts and on that condition, stay to the impugned awards was granted. Now the respective applicants are claiming for vacating the aforesaid stay order after about 7 years, which is not proper. The record and proceedings are already received and it is brought to the notice by the learned Counsel for the applicants that the applicants have also filed appeals against the impugned awards for enhancement, but the same are not listed. As such, list the appeals for final hearing alongwith the cross appeals filed by the applicants as per their chronological turn. 2.
