Registration of Second Appeal (St.) No.22840 of 2024 is refused vide order dated 23.10.2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) because office objections are not removed within the time granted. 2.

The learned Counsel for the appellant in Second Appeal makes a statement that all office objections will be removed within a period of one week from today.

In view of the statement made, delay of 55 days in filing application is condoned and for the same reason order dated 23.10.2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside, subject to condition that the office objections should be removed within a period of one week from today.
