This is an application filed by the appellant for condonation of delay of 990 days caused in filing First Appeal.

The grounds for condonation of delay are that the applicant is working under Waghur Dam, Division Jalgaon. The applicant has to discharge

ca7393.16 various official duties being the Officer of Corporation including financial, administrative and implementation of various schemes, etc. Due to the said reason there is delay of 990 days caused in filing First Appeal.

From the grounds mentioned in the application for condonation of delay, I am satisfied that the delay is properly explained. Therefore, the same needs to be condoned. Accordingly, it is condoned.
