Both of them have placed the photo copy of settlement on record that they have arrived at in proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Beed, bearing Miscellaneous Application No. 1145/2021 and it appears that the respondent No. 2 had decided to co-habit with the husband. The photo copy of the settlement is taken on record by marking Exhibit 'X'.

Now the respondent No. 2 has no objection to quash the FIR. Therefore, in view of the settlement the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause '
