The learned advocate for the management tenders a copy of the compromise terms, which have been agreed upon by the parties on 06.09.2019. The compromise terms are supported by verification of the respective parties. The parties to the compromise terms are present in the court and are identified by the respective advocates. As such, the said compromise terms (five pages) are taken on record and collectively marked as exhibit "X" for identification.

The learned advocates submit that the writ petition, contempt petition and review application can be disposed off in view of the compromise terms.

The learned AGP submits that he would oppose the compromise terms if they cast any financial burden on the Government. The learned advocates for the respective sides submit that no financial burden is being cast on the Government and the compromise terms are in between the management and the employee. In view of the above, the writ petition, contempt petition and review application stand disposed off in view of the compromise terms exhibit X.
