With liberty to avail of the remedy provided under Rule 18(1)(ii) proviso of the Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1959, petition can be permitted to be withdrawn on the request of petitioner.

If the petitioner tenders an appeal within a period of eight days from today, same shall be considered in accordance with the provisions of the Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1959, and shall not be rejected only on the ground that same is barred by limitation.

With the directions as above, writ petition is permitted to be disposed of as withdrawn.
