We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Incharge Government Pleader on instructions submits that, the decision has been taken on the proposal of the petitioner for extension of the term. The same is rejected. 3.

In the light of that, the prayer in the present petition would not survive. The writ petition as such is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to assail the said decision as may be permission under law. No costs.
