Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners were appointed as Block Technology Manager and Assistant Technology Manager on consolidated salary. Since 2014, no orders are passed for continuation of service of the petitioners. The petitioners had approached the respondent no.4 and

2 WP2140/17 filed application on 19th September, 2016. However, no decision is taken on the said representation by respondent no.4. Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for respondent no.4 submits that in case the said application is pending, then the concerned authority will decide the same on its own merits.

In case the representation/application is filed by the petitioner (Exhibit 'G') and if the same is pending with respondent no.4, then the respondent no.4 shall take decision on said application on its own merit in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six months.

In view of above, Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
