By this application, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.3,87,257.48 ps.

Upon hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, of the total amount deposited, the applicant is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs Fifty Thousand only), on furnishing an undertaking and the balance amount upon executing surety for the like amount. 3.
