Heard Shri Sham B. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body and Shri Kulkarni, the learned AGP for the respondent-State. 2.

The learned AGP does not have any objection for transposing the name of respondentState and the SLAO in the array of appellants in first appeals as well as in civil applications. In view of the submissions so made, all these applications are allowed.
