Mr. Mali, the learned counsel submits that the petitioners are appointed as Assistant Teachers. The Head Master has submitted the proposal to the Education Officer, in the year 2013, however, the same is not yet decided.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. for Respondents No. 1 to 4.

In case the proposal is submitted by the Head Master seeking approval to the appointment of petitioners is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary) then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with the law expeditiously, preferably within 6 months. The Education Officer while deciding the said proposal shall consider all the relevant Government Resolutions. The petitioners may represent themselves before the Education Officer. Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
