Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned AGP for the State. These are applications for condonation of delay. It is submitted that the applicants were not aware of the order passed by the Reference Court. It is only when the applicants met their Advocate, the Advocate informed them about the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the applicants have filed an undertakings thereby agreeing to waive statutory benefits for the delayed period.

In the light of above, for the reasons stated in the applications, the delay is condoned. Civil applications disposed of.
