Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants at length. 2.

The present application has been filed for restoration of the appeal which has been dismissed for non removal of office objections on 06.03.2012 under which the applicants were to pay requisite Court fees within a period of four weeks therefrom. But due to non compliance of said order the appeal came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections. Since the applicants have undertaken to remove the office objections within a period of three weeks from today, the order dated 06.03.2012 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is hereby recalled and the matter is restored to its original stage.

The applicants to remove office objections within a period of three weeks from today failing which the order dated 06.03.2012 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court would be restored. 4.

After removal of office objections the Registry of this Court to register the appeal and place the matter before the Court for further action. Civil application is disposed of.
