Appellant approached the Industrial Court claiming appointment from amongst the category of project affected persons. Complaint has been dismissed by the Industrial Court on the ground of want of jurisdiction. Challenge raised to the order passed by the Industrial Court before the learned Single Judge of this Court has also been turned down in Writ Petition No. 6103/2003.

We have perused the order passed by the Industrial Court as well as learned Single Judge of this Court. We do not find any error apparent on the face of the record in the order passed by the learned Single Judge. The
