In response to Court's order dated 29th June, 2017, parties have understood and agreed to the terms of compromise, which are reduced in writing and signed by respective parties alongwith their Advocates on 6th July, 2017. The applicant specifically admits of receipt of amount of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rs. Six lakh only) in her bank account through R.T.G.S. from non-applicant.

As both the parties have agreed to settle the matter in terms of compromise tendered in this Court on 6th July, 2017, present Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of, in terms of compromise pursis.
