The motion is moved for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 24/03/2025 passed in Civil Application No.2313 of 2025 and the order dated 02/05/2025 passed in Civil Application No.5060 of 2025.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that, he has instructions not to press the Praecipe. He submits that, the process of verification and recording the undertaking before the learned Registrar [Judicial] of this Court takes time and the Litigants are required to attend the office twice; one for submission of documents and thereafter, for verification. He submits that, the Applicants are the labourers and residing at remote areas and so to avoid inconvenience to the Applicants, the said procedure be conducted in a single day.

In the light of the above submission, it is expected that, the learned Registrar [Judicial] of this Court will complete the process in respect of Clause (III) of the operative order dated 24/03/2025 passed in Civil Application No.2313 of 2025 and Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 02/05/2025 passed in Civil Application No.5060 of 2025 in a single day.
