1] When the matter is called out for hearing, none appears for the petitioner.

2] It appears that on earlier occasion i.e.

on 15th November, 2014, none appeared for the petitioner, and therefore, the Petition was dismissed for default. The petitioner filed Civil Application belatedly in the year 2016, and this Court, by taking sympathetic view, allowed the said application for restoration. However, once again the petitioner appears to be negligent and casual in prosecuting the present Petition. In
