The applicants-original claimants are seeking setting aside of the order dated 20.10.2022, whereby

{2} ca2202.23.odt registration of their applications/appeals was refused for want of removal of offce objections. The learned Counsel for the applicants now undertakes to remove all the offce objections within two weeks. However, certain cost needs to be imposed on the respective applicants for their negligent approach.

As such, the order dated 20.10.2022 stands set aside and these Civil Applications/First Appeals are restored for removal of offce objections within two weeks subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Bar Library of Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad. The delay of 80 days in fling these applications stand condoned. Civil Applications are disposed of.
