The petitioners claim that they have been appointed by respondent No. 4 - management in respondent No. 5 - school as a 'Shikshan Sevaks' . There is a permanent approval as well as proposal was forwarded by the Education Officer for allotment of Shalarth ID in the year 2021 and still it is under consideration of respondent No.2.

The writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the proposal dated 09.04.2021 (Exhibit - 'G') forwarded by respondent No. 3 - the Education Officer (Secondary), as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four (04) weeks, if no decision already has been taken thereon.
