PER COURT:- 1.

The caste certificate of the petitioner is canceled and confiscated by the Committee under the impugned order on the ground that, caste certificate is not in proper Form 'C'.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. for respondents.

The petitioner shall apply for the attested copy of the caste certificate submitted to the Committee. The Committee within a period of seven (07) days from the date of application of the petitioner issue the attested copy of the caste certificate submitted by the petitioner to it. On receipt of the same, the petitioner shall make an application to the concerned S.D.O. for issuance of

(2) 953-wp-2759-2022 the caste certificate in proper Form 'C'. Within a period of fifteen (15) days, the concerned S.D.O. shall after verifying that the same is issued by his office, issue the caste certificate in proper Form 'C'. On receipt of the same within a period of seven (07) days the petitioner shall submit the caste certificate received by him in proper Form 'C' to the Committee in accordance with the procedure.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
