These applications are for restoration of the Umesh

975 to 978.odt Writ Petitions, which were dismissed for non removal of office objections. Admittedly, no notices were issued to the Respondents in the original Petitions. Hence, notices to Respondents in these applications stand dispensed with.

Perusal of the applications indicate that sufficient reason has been recorded by the Applicants for condonation of delay of 79 days. Hence, applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' to 'D'.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner seeks withdrawal of these Petitions with a liberty to file appropriate proceedings under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. 4.

In view of above, Petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. The period consumed for prosecuting these Petitions shall be excluded while considering the issue of limitation. (R. M. JOSHI, J.) Umesh
