Heard rival submissions. The application is for recalling the order dated 15/4/2024, whereby the registration of the Writ Petition was refused for want of removal of office objections. There is also delay of 248 days in filing this application.

Though the application is opposed, but by awarding suitable costs, it can be allowed. In view of the

same, and for the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C), subject to removal of all office objections within two weeks and also subject to costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) to be paid to Advocates' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from today. The application stands disposed of.
