The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal heirs of deceased respondent Nos.10 & 11, who admittedly died on 07/03/2018 and 04/08/2018, by condoning the respective delay as mentioned.

There is no strong objection from other side and considering the right to defend, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.

The appellant - acquiring body is directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.

The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal heirs of deceased respondent Nos.14, who admittedly died on 18/11/2022.

The appellant - acquiring body is directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.
