The appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Choudhari, learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present. Officer of the Insurance Company Mr. Prasad R. Raut, Senior Legal Executive is also present. None appears for respondents. The learned advocate for the appellant submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation, Jalna in W.C.A. No. 12/2012.
