This application is filed for early final hearing of Second Appeal No.143 of 2004. The learned Counsel for the applicants pointed out that, this Court had already fixed this appeal for final hearing on number of occasions. The grounds in the application indicates that, despite having decree the parties are preventing from enjoying the shop premises because of delay. However, it is extremely important to note that, so many old appeals than this appeal are pending and as Pooja K.

908 CA-2863-2024 per the statics there are 384 appeals upto the year 2002 are pending.

The Court is currently dealing with the Second appeals upto the year 1994 and the number of those appeals is also considerable and around 115. As such, the application stands dismissed.
