CORAM:

VIJAY S.KULKARNI REGISTRAR (JUDL) DATED:

29/09/2015 1.

Perused the record and proceeding. The objections notified by the office have not been removed by the appellant till this date. About four chances have been given to the appellant for removing the objections. There is no representation on behalf of appellant. No steps have been taken by the appellant to remove the objections. The objection notified by the office is that the paper book charges have not been deposited by the appellant within the prescribed period. Thus it appears that appellant is not really interested in taking steps and to remove the objections. In the result, I proceed to pass following order. The appeal is dismissed for failure to prosecute. REGISTRAR (JUDL) cnd.fast616.08&ors
