These are the Applications for condonation of 1756 days delay in preferring the First Appeals against the Judgment and Order / Award dated 24.02.2015 passed by the learned Reference Court i.e. Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Omerga, Dist. Osmanabad in LAR Nos.490/2013 and 492 of 2013.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants / Acquiring Body that this Court by order dated 09.07.2019 allowed Civil Application Nos.1583 of 2018 along with connected Applications

seeking condonation of delay and the same order be passed in these Applications also.

The learned Advocate for the Respondents does not dispute the aforesaid aspect and submits that the appropriate orders be passed. 4.

Perused the Applications. For the reasons mentioned in the Applications, the Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause ' B'

.

As the aforesaid Applications were disposed off by the order dated 09.07.2019, no order towards cost is made to maintain parity with the said order. Civil Applications stand disposed off accordingly. ( NEERAJ P. DHOTE, J. ) GGP
