Learned Assistant Government Pleader raises preliminary objection as to the maintainability of the present petition on the ground of availability of alternate efficacious remedy in the form of second revision before the State Government. 2.

In the light of that, learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file second revision before the State Government. 3.

Permission Granted. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
