The learned Counsel for the non-applicant-husband states that the husband has no objection if the petition is transferred to the Court of the Addl. District Court at Majalgaon. However, the submission is that the proceedings be expedited since the husband is in the Police Department and he would find it difficult to avail leave to attend the proceedings at Majalgaon.

With consent, petition No. D-1/2019 pending before the

2 MCA. 43/2019 Family Court at Aurangabad, is transferred to the Court of the District Judge-1, Majalgaon Dist. Beed.
