On 07/05/2019, the following order was passed :- "1. Though this matter was listed in the Special Vacation Sitting for taking up old matters, all the three advocates for the petitioner are not available. None had appeared for the petitioner in a similar drive on 8.5.2017 and 9.5.2017.

2. List this matter on 3.6.2019 for passing orders on dismissal." 2.

The Farad sheet indicates that none appeared for the petitioner even on 08/05/2017 and 09/05/2017.

Even today, none appears for the petitioner.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed in default. Rule is discharged.
