The petitioner is anxious that his proposal for validation of the tribe certificate is still pending since 2017. It is being pointed out that petitioner's father and paternal uncle, both possess validity certificates.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the Committee to decide the petitioner's claim, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 3 months.
