ORDER :

The application is filed for condonation of delay of 226 days caused in filing appeal against the order made under section 256 of Cr.P.C. in SCC No. 108/2011 which was pending in the Court of J.M.F.C., Gangakhed, District Parbhani. The complaint filed under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act by the applicant is dismissed and the order amounts to acquittal of the accused. In view of the contents of the application and the copy of Roznama produced with the case itself, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
