Heard Mr. Ghatge.

He submits that the communication with the applicant could not be made as he has changed the address and, therefore, the earlier order passed by this Court dated 7/11/2014 in Criminal Application no. 1024 of 2013 with Criminal Application No. 1023 of 2013 of putting the appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class could not be complied within time.

In the circumstances, the application is allowed. The earlier order dated 7/11/2014 passed by this Court in Criminal Application no.1024 of 2013 with Criminal Application No.1023 of 2013 is modified. 3.

The parties are directed to appear before the lower Court on 29th April, 2015 and to comply the aforesaid order dated 7/11/2014.

Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
