Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the address of respondent No. 9D, appearing in the title clause of the civil application is his only known address. He submits that all the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.9, except respondent No.9D have already been served. He further states that rest of the legal representatives of deceased respondents No. 9 have not been supplying information about whereabouts of respondent No. 9D.

The application is not being opposed, as in spite of being
