Mr. Aghav, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 5 and submits that, proposal of the petitioner submitted by the College for approval would be considered by the university. 2.

The university shall take decision upon the said proposal within a period of three (03) months from today. The respondent No. 4/Director shall also decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 20.06.2016 (Exhibit - P) expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from from the date of order
