In the title, wrongly Section 3 G(5) is mentioned. The same is under Section 3H(4). 2] In case objection filed by the petitioner under Section 3H(4) is pending with the competent authority, the competent authority is required to decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned, preferably within 3 months. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
