Perused the record and proceeding. The objection notified by the office is that the appellant has not deposited paper book charges within stipulated period inspite of issuance of notices to the appellant. Therefore, non payment of paper book charges the paper book is not prepared by District Court and record and proceeding is sent without paper book to this Hon'ble Court. About five chances have been given to the appellant for depositing the paper book charges and to remove the objection. No steps have been taken by the appellant for removing the objection. There is no representation on behalf of appellant. Thus, it appears that the appellant is not interested in taking steps and to remove the objection. Hence order.
