Present proceeding is fled for relief of transfer of investigation of crime from Kadim Jalna Police Station to either C.B.I. or C.I.D. The learned APP made a statement on instruction that the investigation was completed long back, chargesheet was fled and at present the hearing of the case is going on. Considering the nature of allegations and the record produced, it can be said that there was no need of making investigation through agencies like mentioned above as the allegations are made of the ofence of cheating and it has the base of some record.
