Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

The limited grievance is raised in the petition.

The petitioner was appointed by an order dated 29th June, 2015 in response to the application of the petitioner to the President of the society. Perusal of the documents placed on record show that the petitioner sought appointment on compassionate ground. Be that as it may.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that as there is sufficient workload and the petitioner is working in the said school, since 2016, pendency of proposal for considerable long period is causing prejudice to the petitioner. 5.

This being a limited grievance, the petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.3 -

(3) Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur to decide the proposal dated 29th March, 2016 as expeditiously as possible and not later than twelve weeks from the date of the order of this Court, needless to state on its own merits.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
